DOMINO AND DB2


Designating the DB2DOM group a system control group and adding the Domino server user to the system control group
If you already have a SYSCTRL group that you want to use, you can add the IBMŸ LotusŸ DominoŸ server user to the existing group instead of creating a new group.

1. From the MicrosoftŸ WindowsŸ desktop, choose Start - Programs - IBM DB2 - Command Line Tools - Command Line Processor.

2. From the command line processor (CLP), enter this command to define DB2DOM as a system control group:


3. From the CLP, enter this command to stop the IBMŸ DB2 Universal Database™ Enterprise Server Edition server:
4. From the CLP, enter this command to restart the DB2 server:
5. Enter this command to exit the CLP:
6. Enter this command to close the command window:
